Heather Elvis, chances are you’ve heard her name before. She went missing in 2013, and was proclaimed dead in February of 2014 . Heather, although presumed dead, has not yet been found. She was last seen on the 18th of December, 2013. Recently, her supposed killers had their murder charges dropped due to a lack of evidence. Their kidnapping charges, however, are still in place. They are currently residing in Florida with a bond. “Moorer remains under home detention monitoring and must provide the following to those officials: his new home address; name of employer; work address; verification of his employment; and waive any extradition from the state of Florida in the event of a violation of bond, according to the order.”(http://www.myrtlebeachonline.com). In February, Heather’s father, Terry, reported being harassed, and he stated that a Jeep drove by as the passengers were threatening him about his other daughter.
